Tucson Parks and Recreation Celebrates Park Improvements at Harold Bell Wright Park

Tucson Parks and Recreation, St. Michael & All Angels Church and School, and the historic Harold Bell Wright Neighborhood, would like to invite you to celebrate park improvements at Harold Bell Wright Park. This project has provided the community with a new shade structure for the existing playground, a drinking fountain, picnic table and bicycle parking. Also incorporated into the project is a concrete walking path and ADA access to existing and new park amenities. Funding for this project came from the Tohono Oodham Nation Funds through a $50,000 grant that was spearheaded by St. Michael’s parents Rachel Hawes, Charlie Buck, and Nurse Erika Huff.

Where: Harold Bell Wright Park, 633 N. Corinth

When: Friday, November 7, 2014 at 2:30 p.m.
