Tucson Fitness Month

May is Tucson Fitness Month. Check out the free fitness classes on the mayor’s website and get active, get fit! Remember to bring a photo ID to all YMCA locations. Health and wellness is important and, whatever our situation, we can take steps to improve both – literally – by moving. That’s why Mayor Jonathan Rothschild started Tucson Moves a Million Miles and now, Tucson Fitness Month. After a month of moving, you’ll be ready for the Tucson Medical Center Meet Me Downtown 5K Night Run/Walk on Saturday, May 30, 7 p.m. at Reid Park. Registration info at AZRoadrunners.org.
